Day 1 : Colombo Airport – Sigiriya / Dambulla

Sigiriya, the renowned 5th-century rock citadel of King Kasyapa, is nestled in Sri Lanka’s Matale District, near Dambulla. This ancient marvel, reaching 200m in height, stands in an ecologically valuable forest, often referred to as Alakamandava.
